Beliau memetik kenyataan Abu al-Q\u0101sim al-Qushayr\u012b dalam La\u1e6d\u0101\u2019if al-Ish\u0101r\u0101t, iaitu sebuah tafsir sufiyyah yang turut menghimpunkan kisah-kisah simbolik dan isyarat kerohanian. Al-Qushayr\u012b menukilkan bahawa ular dan kalajengking pernah datang kepada Nabi N\u016b\u1e25 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0644\u0627\u0645 dan meminta agar dibawa bersama dalam bahtera. Nabi N\u016b\u1e25 menolak kerana kedua makhluk tersebut membawa mudarat, namun mereka berjanji tidak akan memudaratkan sesiapa yang menyebut nama N\u016b\u1e25. Tidak terdapat riwayat sahih yang menyebut Nabi N\u016b\u1e25 melakukan perjanjian sedemikian atau bahawa ayat tersebut memiliki fadhilat khusus menolak ular dan kalajengking. Justeru, dari sudut disiplin hadith dan usul al-tafsir, kisah ini tidak boleh dijadikan dalil hukum, namun ia dibenarkan untuk disebut sebagai faedah moral selagi tidak bercanggah dengan akidah dan syariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kedudukan dalam Kerangka Ruqyah Syar\u2018iyyah<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ulama ruqyah seperti Ibn al-Qayyim, al-Nawaw\u012b, dan al-Suy\u016b\u1e6d\u012b menegaskan bahawa doa atau ayat tertentu tidak boleh dianggap memiliki fungsi khusus seperti penolak binatang tanpa dalil sahih. Walau bagaimanapun, memohon perlindungan kepada Allah melalui ayat al-Qur\u2019an secara umum adalah dibenarkan, kerana ia di bawah kategori ta\u2018awwudz umum, bukan kepercayaan khusus yang mensabitkan sebab tanpa dalil. Oleh itu, membaca ayat ini dengan niat memohon perlindungan Allah dibenarkan, tetapi meyakini ia pasti menghalang ular adalah kepercayaan yang tidak memiliki sandaran sahih dan boleh membawa kepada unsur ta\u2018alliqat khurafat jika diyakini sebagai jaminan mutlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kesannya terhadap Perubatan Tradisional Melayu<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam perubatan tradisional Melayu, banyak amalan menggunakan mantera untuk menolak atau menghalang binatang berbisa seperti ular, kala jengking, lipan dan sebagainya. Sebahagian mantera ini bercampur unsur animisme, pemujaan roh penjaga hutan, ataupun kepercayaan kepada makhluk halus tertentu yang dianggap \u201cpenjaga\u201d. Kajian terhadap kisah ini menunjukkan bahawa penggunaan ayat al-Qur\u2019an sebagai perlindungan adalah syar\u2018iyyah, tetapi penyandaran kuasa perlindungan kepada selain Allah, atau mempercayai kisah tidak sahih sebagai \u201camalan wajib\u201d, adalah bercanggah dengan prinsip tauhid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam konteks pemurnian perubatan tradisional Melayu, kisah al-Dam\u012br\u012b ini boleh dijadikan contoh bagaimana teks klasik perlu dibaca secara kritis, membezakan antara:<br>1. ayat al-Qur\u2019an yang sah,<br>2. kisah adab atau isr\u0101\u2019\u012bliyy\u0101t, dan<br>3. kepercayaan khurafat yang perlu dijauhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh itu, artikel ini menegaskan bahawa perlindungan daripada bahaya termasuk binatang berbisa hendaklah kembali kepada prinsip ruqyah syar\u2018iyyah yang berpandukan dalil sahih, manakala kisah-kisah seperti ini hanya boleh dijadikan bahan sorotan literatur, bukan amalan yang disabitkan dengan fadhilat khusus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota kaki:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>1.
